We are constantly working to improve the product and improve our communication with our customers. Over the past few months, we`ve launched several updates to our Robinhood options offering to give our customers the best possible experience. We`ve also shared these changes with customers as we`ve made progress (latest updates here and here). What if you don`t want to download the app? Is there a way to sign the agreement on the site? Same problem. Does anyone have any idea where to sign this agreement? I`m sorry if this has already happened and it has been resolved, but I can`t find the answer. I`m trying to make a trade, and with the recent move to Robinhood clearing, I want to sign the new user agreement. It says it`s displayed when I open the app, but it never has. I logd in and logged in again, but I still haven`t found an agreement. Help! If your app displays a message prompting you to sign an updated Margin Agreement and it`s not possible to find it, update your app and open it again. If you are already up to date, you need to force close the app and reopen it. You should see the deal when you reopen the app. I was looking for an update, and there was one. After updating my app, I received the clearing house notification and was able to act again! We recently launched clearing by Robinhood.
Please sign the updated agreement in your app to place your trade. Edit: Fixed, at least on my side! Go to the App Store to update Robinhood and it will appear. Thanks to everyone! We`ve started making improvements to the way we show purchasing power in the app. If customers have an account deficit, we show the deficit and help them understand the steps they can take to address it in different business situations. Our customer support team is fully trained to answer customer questions about new options, including displaying purchasing power. We have added the ability to exercise contracts in the app. With in-app exercises, investors can exercise option contracts directly in the app to avoid delays and trade restrictions. Funds and exercise stocks are immediately available during market hours.
When designing this experiment, we deliberately added more security measures and information. For example, before exercising an option, clients are asked to review their strategy, the risks associated with it, and the possible reasons for non-performance of contracts, in order to determine whether the exercise is consistent with their objectives. . . .
